These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of earlyadvantagemoney.com, our free guides, and our paid programs, including The Financially Ready Teen (together, the "Services"), provided by Early Advantage Money ("we," "us," or "our"). By using the Services or making a purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility and parental responsibility

The Services are intended for parents and legal guardians aged 18 or older. Materials designed for use with children and teens are meant to be used under adult supervision. You are responsible for any account opened, and any financial activity undertaken, by or on behalf of a minor in your care.

3. Purchases and payment

Paid programs are sold at the price shown at checkout. Payments are processed securely by our third-party payment processor, Stripe; we do not store your full card details. You agree to provide accurate purchase information and are responsible for any applicable taxes.

4. 30-Day Money Back Guarantee

All Early Advantage programs are covered by a 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. If, within 30 days of purchase, you do not feel more confident that your teen is getting a financial head start, email hello@earlyadvantagemoney.com and we will issue a refund to your original payment method. Access to the program ends once a refund is issued.

5. Intellectual property and license

All content in the Services, including text, guides, worksheets, videos, conversation cards, graphics, and logos, is owned by Early Advantage Money and protected by copyright and other laws. Your use of purchased materials is governed by our End User License Agreement.

6. Emails and communications

When you request a free guide or make a purchase, you agree to receive related emails from us. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Transactional emails about your purchase may still be sent.

7. Third-party services

The Services may reference or link to third-party banks, brokerages, apps, or platforms. We do not control and are not responsible for third-party products, services, fees, or terms. Any mention is for educational illustration and is not an endorsement.

8. Acceptable use

• Do not copy, resell, share, or publicly distribute paid materials or login access.
• Do not interfere with or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services.

Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Early Advantage Money from claims arising out of your misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms.

12. Changes and termination

We may update these Terms from time to time; the date above shows the latest version. Continued use after changes means you accept them. We may suspend access for violations of these Terms.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Early Advantage Money is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
