End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") applies to all digital materials you receive from Early Advantage Money, whether free or paid, including The Financially Ready Teen, the Early Advantage Savings System, guides, worksheets, roadmaps, videos, milestone trackers, and The Early Advantage Money Conversations cards (the "Materials"). By downloading, accessing, or using the Materials, you agree to this Agreement and our Terms of Service.

1. License granted

We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Materials for your own household's private, non-commercial educational use. You may print copies for use with the children and teens in your household.

2. What you may not do

  • Share, resell, sublicense, rent, or give away the Materials or your access to them.
  • Post the Materials, or substantial portions of them, online, in groups, or on file-sharing sites.
  • Use the Materials to teach paid classes, workshops, coaching, or in a school or organization without our written permission.
  • Remove copyright notices or claim the Materials as your own.
  • Create derivative products for sale based on the Materials.

3. Ownership

The Materials are licensed, not sold. Early Advantage Money retains all rights, title, and interest in the Materials, including all copyrights and trademarks. All rights not expressly granted are reserved.

4. Educational use only

The Materials are for general educational purposes only and are not financial, investment, legal, or tax advice. You are solely responsible for any financial decisions or accounts you open based on them. Consult a licensed professional for advice specific to your situation.

5. Refunds and termination

This license ends automatically if you violate this Agreement or receive a refund under our 30-Day Money Back Guarantee. On termination, you must stop using and delete or destroy any copies of the paid Materials.

6. No warranty; limitation of liability

The Materials are provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability is limited as described in our Terms of Service.
